To pay current Erie County Property Taxes:

·          Taxpayers who own property within the City of Buffalo can pay their current Erie County Property Taxes on-line. Payment can be made with a Credit or Debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS), or an Electronic Check.

•          Taxpayers who own property outside the City of Buffalo must pay their current Erie County Property Taxes to their local Town/City Clerk/Receiver of Taxes.

To pay delinquent Erie County Property Taxes:

•          County Taxpayers with prior year's delinquent real property taxes in any Town or City in Erie County can use the online payment system to pay back taxes.

To Pay In Person At The Cashier's Area (First Floor of the Rath Building located at 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY):

To Pay Via The Internet (Using the Menu at the top of this page):

·          ACH/ E-check payments of up to $5,000.00: $2.00 per transaction.

·          ACH/ E-check payments above $5,000.00: $5.00 per transaction.

All convenience fees are funded by the payer and collected directly and automatically by M & T Bank.
